Our approach
Every conclusion needs evidence.
A site can allow AI search, restrict training, and still have pages that cannot be read reliably. A single readiness score hides those differences.
What an assessment covers
- Owner intent: preferences for search, training, retrieval, and excluded content.
- Configuration: robots directives, page headers, indexing signals, and relevant CDN controls.
- Readability: whether important information is present in the response and rendered page.
- Observed activity: available request evidence and separately measured human referrals.
- Human review: documented limitations, recommended corrections, and a retest.
Provider-specific checks
The proposed pilot covers ChatGPT, Google, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Perplexity. Google Search and Gemini require distinct checks. Each rule should link to current official documentation and its review date.
A permitted request is not proof of indexing. A crawler visit is not proof of training. A citation is an observation tied to a particular query and time.
What you should receive
A finding-by-finding record of what matches your intentions, what conflicts, and what remains unverified. Every material conclusion should include the source, observation window, evidence, and reviewer.
This is a pilot methodology. Paid assessments and automated monitoring are not yet available on this website.
